Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable once a successful tournament registration has been completed, except where a refund is approved under this policy or required by applicable law.
Please review the tournament details and rules carefully before making a payment.
If a payment fails and no successful payment is received, no successful tournament registration will be created.
If your account or bank shows that money was deducted even though the payment was unsuccessful, the transaction may be reviewed based on the payment provider's transaction status.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same tournament registration, contact Heong Arena support.
We will review the transaction details and, if a duplicate payment is confirmed, the eligible duplicate amount may be refunded.
If Heong Arena cancels a tournament after a participant has successfully paid and registered, the participant may be eligible for a refund of the tournament entry fee.

If a tournament is postponed and a new date is announced, an existing registration may remain valid for the rescheduled tournament.
